HELLMUT SCHÜMPERLI

PRESIDENT OF FINAPORT GROUP

Hellmut Schümperli is one of the two founders of the Finaport Group. Hellmut started his professional career with a major US brokerage firm. In the 1970s, he founded a consulting firm in Zurich specializing in the financial sector, which opened offices in all major cities in Switzerland. In 1995, he founded a new company specializing in strategic consulting for banks and financial institutions as well as information technology with a focus on private banking. Hellmut supported banks in the development, modernization, and expansion of their private banking sector, both nationally and internationally. In parallel, he initiated the foundation and operation of a school in Zurich specializing in securities.

FABIAN JENNY

CEO FINAPORT SWITZERLAND

Fabian Jenny is a proven executive in the financial industry and a passionate leader with expertise in developing and implementing successful growth strategies. Before joining Finaport, Fabian was for almost two decades with UBS AG where he managed the wealth of ultra high net worth clients, teams and businesses in various locations such as Zurich, Geneva, New York City, Miami and The Bahamas. Fabian holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Lausanne as well as a master’s in science (MSc) in Wealth Management (University of Rochester, NY) and a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Finance (University of Berne). Fabian is also a Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) in Switzerland and a General Securities Registered Representative, Investment Advisor and Sales Supervisor, NASD/NYSE, USA.

ALEX BORISSOV

CEO FINAPORT SINGAPORE

Alex is one of the two founding partners of Finaport Group. After studying economics and business administration in the US at Washington University in St. Louis, Alex Borissov worked as a consultant in AIG's representative office in Moscow. In 1996, he joined AIG Private Bank AG, Zurich, and assumed responsibility for Private Banking in Central and Eastern Europe as well as the general management of the Cyprus branch. From 2001, Alex headed the Eastern European division of Credit Suisse in Singapore and expanded the bank as part of the International Wealth Management Group. In 2004, he joined the Executive Board of Union Bancaire Privée in Zurich, where he was responsible for market strategy and the development of the entire Eastern European business.

PABLO CAL

CEO FINAPORT LIECHTENSTEIN

Pablo has gained extensive financial knowledge during his 20-year banking career at Credit Suisse. He started in Corporate Action, earned Federal Professional Certificates in Banking during his time as Assistant Relationship Manager, worked in Sidney for Asian Fixed Income and Asian Equity Asset Management, and became a Director responsible for Swiss and International High and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals. During the last fifteen years as a Senior Relationship Manager in Private Banking, he also became an expert for UK Resident non-domiciled (RND) High and Ultra High Net Worth clients. Since 2019 he is a partner of Finaport Ltd. and heads Finaport (Liechtenstein) AG for European-domiciled advisory clients.

PATRICK MARTY

CEO SEC REGISTERED ENTITY

After completing a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Management at Regents University in London and a Master's degree in International Business at Hult Business School in Dubai, Patrick joined Finaport Zurich in 2013 as a Project Manager responsible for the introduction and implementation of new processes in the area of Risk and Compliance. Patrick was responsible for business consulting on merger & acquisition transactions at Finaport before becoming a member of the Board of Directors of Finaport (Liechtenstein) AG and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Finaport Group in 2019. In 2022, he became CEO of Finaport Asset Management AG, Finaport's US-licensed company.

YVES HAUSER

CIO, FINAPORT GROUP

Yves Hauser started his professional career in 1987 after completing his education in finance in Switzerland and the US. While in the US, he worked with the first hedge fund manager in treasury arbitrage. After returning to Switzerland, he started as a bond, convertible bond and options trader at Bank Julius Baer in Zurich. In 1994, he moved to Merrill Lynch Capital Markets AG (MLCM), where he started as a derivatives trader in the volatility arbitrage team for Swiss equities. During this time, MLCM became the major market player in warrants, options and Swiss equities. In 1998, Yves was asked to launch the first ETFs in Switzerland in collaboration with the Swiss Stock Exchange. In 2000, Yves became head of the equity derivatives team, member of the risk committee of MLCM and member of the derivatives committee of SWX (Swiss Exchange). Later, Yves moved to Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for UHNWI investment advisory in Europe and Russia. After several years at Bank Vontobel, Yves launched the IO family of funds (investing without emotions) and joined Finaport Switzerland as Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
